How it works

Three steps, from the request to the approved file.

  1. Create the request from a template

    Pick the client and a checklist: tax return, annual accounts, anti-money-laundering, new hire. The client's details come from your address book, and any request can become a template.

  2. The client uploads from their phone

    They open the link, with no account to create. They upload PDFs, Word files or photos, see the deadline and what is still missing, and can ask an assistant if something is unclear.

  3. You review and approve

    Each file opens in the built-in viewer, already scanned for viruses. Approve, ask for a correction or reject, from the keyboard too. The reason you write shows up on the client's page.

What it does

  • One folder per client

    The home page shows who has files to review, who is late and who you are waiting on. With filters and search.

  • Requests from templates

    Checklists you set up once and reuse. Every request you send can become a template.

  • Client address book

    It fills itself with every request and pre-fills the forms for you.

  • A link, no account

    The client works from a phone or a computer, without signing up. They see the deadline and how far along they are.

  • Fast review

    Built-in viewer for PDF, Word and images, virus scan, versions and a full history of every file.

  • Corrections explained

    When you ask for a new copy, the client reads why on their own page, next to the document to fix.

  • Electronic signature

    A signature can be an item on the checklist: simple or advanced through a European provider, or qualified (QES) with the client's certificate, checked against the EU trusted lists.

  • Team and roles

    Owner, member and reader. Every action is logged. And there is a dark theme.
