The assistant on pragmivo.com is an AI system, not a person. It runs on Claude, a language model by Anthropic, with instructions and a knowledge base written by Pragmivo.

It answers questions about Pragmivo's services and way of working, and it can help you describe a process before a discovery call. It does not take decisions about you, quote prices or give legal advice.

Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate the replies. Pragmivo does not store the conversation unless you choose to send the summary at the end.

If you send it, the summary, the conversation and the contact details you gave are stored in Pragmivo's CRM so that a person can reply. See the privacy policy for retention and your rights.

A person at Pragmivo reads every summary before replying. Answers from the assistant can be incomplete or wrong; when something matters, ask us directly at hello@pragmivo.com.
